OUR STORY
My name is Evgeny (Zhenya) Eidelzon, and I am rope access professional. My first rope work was back in 1998. I have a solid background in mechanics, with a degree in engineering and nearly five years of experience working as a mechanical engineer. Over the years, I have gained diverse experience working in various industries, but rope access has always remained my main passion. I consider myself fortunate that my family and I moved to Vancouver 9 years ago, as this city offers wide opportunities for our profession.
After nearly two decades in the building maintenance industry specializing in rope access technologies, I decided to take the next step and establish my own company. Over the past five years, while serving as an operational manager at a leading company in the field, I not only gained in-depth experience in project management but also nurture a team of professionals capable of tackling the most complex tasks.
Throughout my career, I have frequently encountered common challenges in the industry that shaped my skills and knowledge. These experiences have provided me with a unique perspective and a clear vision of how to make processes more efficient and transparent.
